WYSIWYG does not detect ckeditor v4. Ckeditor v4 js have double quotes in place of single. This needs to be fix.

TwoDPlease use the damned search box, it's there for a reason and the number of issues about this must be in the double digits by now.
At least test the -dev snapshots, based on the only branches which patches should be made for, before actually writing a patch. This issue wax fixed long ago.
This, and all previously posted patches on this topic, completely overlook the actual - INCOMPATIBLE - differences between editor versions.
Sorry I'm being so harsh, it's not personal. Just getting sick of repeating myself over and over again and these things bubbling up to the top of the queue.
