I have imported a custom drupal platform into octopus and in log output of the verify task all installation profiles were found:
...
Found installation profile my_profile
...
Found 2 modules in profiles/my_profile
...
But this profile is missing, when creating a new site. Any ideas why?

omega8cc CreditAttribution: omega8cc commentedMake sure your profile (machine) name is unique, so no other module or theme is using it. Also, make sure you didn't hide this platform from the list by incorrect permissions set on this platform node edit form.
