I've noticed that my View configuration file has multiple dependencies set to 'views' for fields, styles and so on. I think this is either due to the copy or clone operation on the View that I performed. Views should use array_unique() before saving the configuration.
example of the config file:
dependencies:
module:
- views
- views
- views
- views
- views
- views
- views
- views

tim.plunkettPlease provide steps to reproduce.
None of my views list the views module as a dependency at all, and from looking at ConfigEntityBase::addDependency, it already has protection against this.

tim.plunkett@ivanjaros, I feel like I've said this to you a dozen times in IRC and other issues, but please stop trying to reproduce bugs in alpha versions. Use the latest 8.x from git.
And "i cloned views from block into pages and i imported and exported them a few times." isn't really clear steps to reproduce.
Can you give exact steps reproduce, starting with "Install standard profile from 8.x" and on from there?
