Rule to redirect logged in user to account page when user requests register link.

Hi there,
I am trying to write a rule to redirect the user who is logged in already to the profile page when user requests the registration link. I have written a rule where

Event : user has logged in
Condition : text comparison site:curent_page:url matching text: register ends with option.
Action : URL redirect.

But its not working yet. Please let me know if any one knows the answer for it.
