I have Create Rule for when user add new content then page redirect some other page.
This rule working 1 month after that when we add content then page going into loop.

Then this seems like Rules is working for you. An export of your rule would have been appreciated, because without it we can only guess at what you are doing.

Not nearly enough information here. You haven't said what it's looping between, what's in your web server logs, what's in your dblog, etc. What it sounds like is that you added additional rules or made some other change. You can turn on Rules debugging in order to follow the exact sequence of actions and see if this is caused by Rules, and if it is then it should be clear from the log what is happening.

Since this issue is so old I'm just going to close it. If you still have a problem in the current version of Rules please open a new issue with more details, exports of your rules, and the information I mentioned above.
