I'm currently working on some long-term projects, and helping organize local Drupal core sprints. In working with D8, though, I was wondering if it may be a good time to start with some more involved testing of a full-fledged site. Are there any plans for a development release of Omega for Drupal 8?

Version: 7.x-4.x-dev » 8.x-5.x-dev
Issue tags: -#Drupal8 #Theme +D8CX

taking out the tag since it duplicates other fields (version and project) and terms should be separated by a comma, not a space (and we typically do not start our tags with a #)

You know that there is already a D8 dev release? (though it has not been updated since June 2014):

As I understand it, this version is not currently suitable for sub-theme development, and I cannot speak to when or if the current maintainer will be updating this version.
