Since BOA 2.2.0 the control files

default.boa_platform_control.ini
default.boa_site_control.ini

Are no longer copied to sites/all/modules and sites/sitename/modules, respectively. I assume this is not intentional?

These files are currently added via /var/xdrago/daily.sh script, so only once daily and only in platforms with at least one site present.

We should probably hack Provision a bit and add them on Verify task, as we did it for o_contrib symlinks: #1217486: Add o_contrib modules and Boost cache dir on new platforms when created
