hello,
i have enabled the module.
It works fine once (on any required page/node)
when i reload the page it doesnt appear. reload, reload or open in other browser - it doesnt appear.
i clear cache it appears once. again when i reload, it disappears.
Disqus is awesome and desperately need in my site. please please help.

I am pretty sure that this is not the case. I've been using it on a very big website for months and didn't experience this problem. Do you use any other module that could cause caching problems?

i am using commerce kickstart, i use many extra modules too.
commerce_marketplace, commerce_stock, captcha, feedback, fivestar, quicktabs, jcarousel, back_to_top, ajax_cart, search_autocomplete, search_ajax, views_infinite_scroll and many more. all mentioned are working fine.

but i dont understand which could cause this problem. please help me if you have knowledge about it.
(my server had memcached - i disabled it. i disabled even drupal default cache too, still no use.)

please please help.

First step would be to check if you're able to reproduce the same problem on clean Drupal install.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about any of that modules.

@karthikbhat : did you have Entity Cache module ?
If yes, disable it, and all will work fine ;)

It's the _node_load() hook in Disqus module, I think it's better to use _entity_load() hook
