Problem/Motivation

I cannot add links above featurized links to the User menu without causing the Commerce Kickstart User feature to be overriden.

Proposed resolution

With a range of -50 to 50, you'd think we could start the featurized links at a weight of 0 giving plenty of room to add links above and below without causing the feature to be overridden.

That's just how the tabledrag.js works, however. It defaults values at -50, etc not at 0. I doubt we'll be reexporting this Feature anytime soon, so the changes should stick.
