Quiz Dependency module is still into its sandbox development mode , you need to wate till module release in beta mode . Quiz Dependency is maintained and developed by Quiz module .

You should write your question in the issue queue of the Quiz Dependency

The quiz dependency module is their early stages. If you are a developer you can try it out and finish the project.
