I can give a content type any title name including: !@#$%^&*()_+ : " " and it displays just like that. However, when I "send author" a message (where the message form populates the subject with the node title) it won't allow " " or &. Instead I see & quot; and & amp;
I first noticed this when a user had "Junky" in their node title and I got & quot;Junky& quot; in the pmg Subject field.
As far as I know I don't have any settings or modules that would change this.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
Note: To display here correctly I had to add a space between & and quot; and amp;
