Seeing as #1960686: Option to allow editing multiple entities directly (ala Field Collection) focused on a new widget to just allow multiple items to be edited, I figured it might be worthwhile adding another issue to structure the edit fields as a table.

At one point we need to stop adding new widgets, and allow people to easily provide their own widgets from their own modules.
This means refactoring some of the current field widget form.
