I have one superfish menu block (superfish 1) in dingus theme. Dropdown does not work there.
I add second superfish menu block (superfish 1) and it works. Then i change their order, so (superfish 2) comes before (superfish 1) in page source code. (superfish 1) works now and (superfish 2) does not.

Are you sure you're using the development release? and the master branch of the SF library?

Drualas CreditAttribution: Drualas commentedTry to downgrade Jquery to 1.8. on admin/config/development/jquery_update.
With newer versions has superfish problem.
Dont know why, but for me, it was the solution.

mehrpadin CreditAttribution: mehrpadin commentedOk, assuming the original poster is using the latest development release with the proper version of the SF library (master branch) I have just tried the Dingus theme, 2 SF blocks in the header region, both working! please either put it online and email me the URL, or close this as "worked as designed".
Also, Regarding the jQuery issue (which I don't think is what fasdaf is experiencing)
#2239889: not compatible with Jquery 1.9 and 1.10
#2232713: Dropdown not shown with jquery 1.9 and 1.10
#2146073: sfAutomaticWidth does not work with jquery update above 1.8

djween CreditAttribution: djween commentedI have same issue but going down to jquery 1.8 did not resolve it for me. I am using 7.x-1.9+33-dev w/ master branch (https://github.com/mehrpadin/Superfish-for-Drupal/archive/master.zip) in the library.
Superfish 2 dropdown works in all cases. Superfish 1 dropdown does not work when on any page referenced in the Superfish 2 dropdown. Superfish 1 works intermittently when on pages referenced from that menu. Mostly works when on 'home' page but not other pages.
I am using Adaptivetheme > Corolla > Footheme.
UPDATE: I just removed SF block 1 (referencing my main menu) and replaced it with SF Block 3 (and referenced that main menu). With this work-around my SF block 3, positioned first, along with my SF Block 2 both work. Block 1 is in the inactive list and remains broke.
