Rewrite rules with IIS7

Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to get this module configured to help speed up simple hierarchical selector instances.

We currently use II7 which I am not well versed in (Our site was set up by an external contractor) but have been made responsible for the upkeep of our Intranet and Website.

Simple (or maybe not simple) question, has anyone had any success setting up the required rewrite rules for this module in IIS7 as there are no instructions for it in the documentation? If so, are you able to share your configuration?
