Please roll a new stable release so that the users can actually benefit from fixed code.

Most D6 sites are in production nowadays. Most production sites avoid using development versions. This issue is only fixed in 6.x-2.x-dev so far. Thusly the majority of D6 users won't benefit from code which is only fixed in dev.

The last stable release of 'date' module was published on 2012-Apr-27, almost two years ago. Please roll a new stable release so that the users can actually benefit from fixed code.

Issues that shouldn't be issues anymore like #1214422: PHP warning - undefined index in array could be prevented by publishing a new stable release. Also it does not make much sense to maintain a development branch if development never reaches production.

Thank you!

Sorry, I have been looking at just 7.x branch and few bugs in 8.x. Seems like we got list of issues to make a release. So I just did a release(6.2.10).
