I have previously had fivestar installed and working fine but didn't need it so i uninstalled it.
Now after I have installed it again there is no fivestar field available.
Is there a way to manually add the field?

Tested this with 7.x-2.2. It seems to work OK now, there have been many fixes since this was reported.

To add the field back in just go to structure>content_type>>manage_fields and add it back in.
