Official CKEditor 4.3 support?

Does the latest version/dev version of this module support CKEditor 4.3? Seems there are some issues here indicating that this is not the case?

EDIT: In other words: how do we get the new widgets (Image2 for instance) to work? I have the 4.3.2 library installed in sites/all/libraries, and the CKEditor module sees it just fine - but none of the new widget stuff shows up. Only the old/previous version of the built-in image plugin.
