At the moment --repeat will run a test multiple times but it does not work with --concurrency. If it did then tracking random fails can be faster.

Ignore the .htaccess change in the patch in #0 - it was a mistake.

The last submitted patch, run-test-concurrent-repeats.patch, failed testing.
