My second feature request is to allow ctrl or command + click on ajaxified links. Many people loves to navigate in-site, but there are others (like me) who are more keen to open tons of tabs by command-clicking on the different links. I think it would be useful to allow site builders to select their preferred behavior for control-click on the link, instead of preventing the default use.
Issue originally included in #2217011: Add Ajax request timeout
