No shipping service in checkout [#2224475]

I have installed flat rate service, pickup service, Shipping dhl module..
I watched tutorials, played arounf in the rules and components..
I reinstalled all modules..

But i NEVER managed that any shipping service is displayed in the checkout. Only a message "no shipping services available for this order".

Please anybody help me with an idea of what could be wrong..

Check whether shipping service added or not in Shipping pane at 'Store > Configuration > Checkout settings' (admin/commerce/config/checkout)
If not then enabled shipping and assign it into the Shipping pane.

There are two modules for flat rate shipping on drupal.org.

1 - https://drupal.org/project/commerce_shipping_flat_rate

2 - https://drupal.org/project/commerce_flat_rate

In first module (commerce_shipping_flat_rate) check below points -

This module works by integrating with the Commerce Shipping module, to handle the integration with Drupal Commerce itself.

Note, only works with the Commerce shipping 1.x branch.

For Commerce Shipping 2.x, please use the Commerce flat rate module.

so you need to verify that which module you are using and for which Drupal version.
