Commerce Card on File establishes an API that Payment modules can utilize to integrate seamlessly with other modules that utilize stored payment transactions such as Commerce Recurring Framework and Commerce Dunning.
Please note! Inclusion of a module in this list does not mean that the implementations for these modules have been endorsed by anyone. These are simply modules which appear to implement the proper callbacks for Card on File.
Payment Module Support for Card on File V2 / Drupal Commerce 1.x
NB: That Drupal Commerce 2.x does not currently have a Card on File module.

Moneris
I have created a patch for commerce_moneris with a basic implementation of the Card on File API. Could it be possible to add Moneris to this list?
Yes, but one quick thing.
Sure. Just make sure if you update the list and the support isn't in the release that you add a link to the patch.
