Page badge [#2215513]

It would be nice to have page badges added as a style option for the badge block.

Implementing page badges is explained here:
https://developers.google.com/+/web/badge/#page-badge

I've attached a simple patch to add this

Thank you David! , you are now a "committer" of this module :) well done
It's in the 7.x-1.x-dev branch.. It's time soon for a stable release, probably later on this month I have time to update the module and catch up with the new stuff that Google +1 library offers nowadays
