Change field form layout

The field settings form (eg admin/structure/types/manage/article/fields/image) is currently arranged as

FFP fieldset
FFP enable checkbox
Allowed file extensions
File directory (drupal default)

Rearranging the fields will make it more logical and 'flowing'.

Allowed file extensions can be before or after, doesnt really matter. This way, as you scroll down through the form, you are first asked if you want to use FFP or not, and then you read the settings based upon that choice.
