Community Manager Role? Others?

I was curious if a Community Manager role and possibly the Spam/Content Patroller roles might be included in Commons? I have seen mention of both in the issue queue and there is an Acquia video about customizing Commons that talks about adding a Community Manager role (and makes it sounds like it was likely to be added by the maintainers).

A large part of the reason I'm asking is I'm just figuring out how to override things like roles and permissions on Commons and I want to see if I'll need to add a new 'Community Manager' Feature (or do some code based overrides)
