OG "Delete orphaned content" form not appearing whne deleting groups

In the past, when deleting a group, I recall being prompted about how I wanted to handle content in that group which would become orphaned when the group is deleted.

I'm not seeing that currently when deleting a group in Drupal Commons.

This functionality is likely related to the 'og_orphans_delete' variable, and the checkbox labeled, "Delete orphans" only appears at admin/config/group/settings when og_use_queue is TRUE.

I'm not sure if I'm remembering incorrectly (Of course, I believe I'm remembering correctly :P) but it would be great to figure out how to get this option to display again and if possible, to make it a default that it displays when deleting a group.
