After upgrading a site from 7.x-1.0-rc5 to 7.x-1.1, we noticed a potential bug: when I have a view with a Contextual Filter that overrides the title, and I have the "Allow settings | Title override" box checked, the content pane ignores the custom title I enter in Panels IPE and always displays the Contextual Filter's title.

This wasn't the case in 7.x-1.0-rc5, when a custom title was entered for the content pane via the Panels IPE, it was used instead of the Contextual Filter's title. I've been trying to track down exactly what changed between the two versions - it looks like both RC5 and 1.1 use the same versions of CTools and Views, so I'm thinking that those aren't the cause. Maybe Panels 7.x-3.3+41-dev?

I've duplicated this issue in both my client's site as well as in a fresh install of Panopoly 1.1.

Interesting! There were lots of changes to Panopoly Magic between 1.0-rc5 and 1.1, so that could be it. We really need to get some Behat tests for all aspects of using Views with Panopoly Magic... Right now, we're just testing the things that Panopoly Widgets does with Views and I don't think it does a Contextual Filter that changes the title.

Is this still an issue? If so, can you give steps to reproduce from a vanilla Panopoly 1.25 site? Thanks!
