After updating to latest beta 7.x-3.0-beta4 I get Undefined index notice for "path". Added patch to fix the notice.

patch works for me
my case is "Exposed form in block: Yes" and put it in panels

@Kleve: no problem. Though it's usually upon the user who tests and verifies a patch to set it as RTBC. Ideally they'll list what their situation was and what they tested.
