Have been getting messages like the one below every few minutes since installing libraries 7.x-2.2
How to go about that? Thanks

After further search: seems this issue is not related to libraries api. Possibly due to installing a module using the module installer /admin/modules/install. Ended up installing libraries by file upload.
Also had to remove dir tests/libraries/example from tmp.
