When we have a site which have many book articles to add menu block or configuare a menu block that will use large memory in menu list.
So, Could give a setting option to exculde the book menu item?

We have a site with more than 20 thousand Book articles.
It spent lots memory as creating or configuring a menu block, because the menu block needs loading all the menu item when edit a menu block.
Is it possible to have a option for excluding the Book menu item from the block configuration.
