Hi,
Untill present day I have coded my own applications or use a complex CMS called eZ publish, but the performance osf this tool is not, so to say, convincing.
I'm planning to start a new project, which bassically has to achieve the following features:
- Corporate Website pages (only rich text and images, allowing admin to create new pages)
- Documentation section with "Area > Course > Subject > Theme > Chapter" structure and restricted access to user by Course and/or Subject (for example Primary School > Third Grade > History >The Roman Empire > The Roman Gods
- Users created by admin only, assigning permissions to access Documentation Section as explained
- Online test system (also restricted by user) for Course / Subject, saving date/questions/anwers/results in user profile
- Simple contact forms (general info request and especifying Couser/Subject information request
Is Drupal the right tool to start this project?
Thanks for helping this Drupal-Rookie!!!

None of your requirements seems hard. For your particular needs, DrupalEd seems the appropriate tool. The latest version is always available in this link. Theirs is a very active group (see here) and there's a lot of things happening there. Bill Fitzgerald is always looking for new insights and ready to lend a hand!
Yup! DrupalEd sounds great!
Thanks for the quick answer.
I'm gonna take a look a this DrupalEd.
I'm quite exited about Drupal! Ready to learn and start developing new sites.
Thanks again!
