behaviors.js not getting into Attach

For some reason the behaviors.js file is not getting into the attach: function (context, settings){} function. A console .log directly above the Drupal.behaviors variable is shown successfully. There are no other JavaScript errors that would interrupt this. I can also console.log below the variable definition and it is successful. Any ideas?
