Hello,
I was simply wondering how to wrap several Omega regions, such as content, help and title into 1 region so I could make a unified background colour for the whole article, not just the text (content). I am making my own sub-theme and custom layouts and I am unsure whether I should do it in layout's .tpl file (and how) or somewhere else.
Thank you in advance for your help!

There is a help block and a content block in Drupal. The title itself is rendered differently. However, the suggested way of solving this would be using Panels & Panels Everywhere.
