When "Protect audio files from direct downloads" is enabled jplayer will not play the audio file for any user (even admin), when it is turned off jplayer plays the audio file so the problem is not jplayer or the audio file but is a "Protect audio" problem.

I have tried every way I can to get this working but am having no luck, can someone please help me?

it seems this issue is the same as what I am getting https://drupal.org/node/1304220

But that was for 6.x-1.x-dev and is marked as fixed, I have tried both 7.x-2.0-beta1 and 7.x-2.x-dev both are giving me this problem

Just tried a fresh install to check it wasn't something about my site, I used a fresh install of drupal 7.26 and jplayer 7.x-2.0-beta1 and "Protect audio files from direct downloads" is stopping all playback..

Can anyone help?
