Insert Module does not show Lightbox2 styles

In Drupal 6 when I use the WYSIWYG, TinyMCE, Insert, and Lightbox2 modules together, in the "Manage Fields" section of the Content Type administration pages, I have the option to enable any combination of imagecache presets with Lightbox2 (see attached image).

In Drupal 7, I can select these Lightbox2 combinations in the "Display Fields" section of the Content Type administration pages, but none of the Lightbox2 options are available in the Insert section of the "Manage Fields" section. So it is impossible to use the Insert module together with Lightbox2.

Is this a bug, or am I overlooking something?

I have enabled the Lightbox filters in admin/config/content/formats. Also, if I use Colorbox, Insert does show the Colorbox options, so the Insert module appears to be working.
