i try to install cartaro but i have a problem .
I have seen this video in youtube

Did not give me the option to choose database type postgres SQL .

This is not a Cartaro related issue.
Drupal detects the databases installed in your system and show them to you in the install process.
You have to install postgres before installing Drupal.
