If the user does not have a profile picture, then a broken missing image icon is displayed next to his/her name.
We should use a default profile picture and/or check if the user has a profile picture and if not, either use a default image or indent accordingly (with empty image, or css).

that is correct.
although the user does now have a default profile picture it doesnt show in activity log
