Yes, this hardly ever occurs under normal circumstances but it's easy to prevent... So let's just fix it ;).

Okay then. Patch still applies, doesn't cause test failures, no-one in the community has objected or had a problem with this since it was opened 5 years ago, and it's very simple - it just adds isset($export[$key]) before using $export[$key], so I don't see how it can break anything.
