Custom layout css not applying effect on Internet explorer omega 4 [#2190969]

I developed a subtheme of omega 4 for a project . Link is Sparxsys . Site works well on firefox/chrome but on IE the styles like menu floats, color(uploading image for more) not getting apply but site is responsive on IE. Anyone faced this issue?

Maybe you have already fixed this, but on my IE9 all appears as it does in chrome & firefox.

While I was there I noticed your flex slider images are not scaling correctly, try replacing
".flexslider .slides img {width: 100%; display: block;} " with ".flexslider .slides img {height: auto !important; display: block;}" in flexslider.css
