For simpler UI for end users I need to have ability to specify only reasonable tokens to use in every field. For example it will be nice to have possibility to set only one option for recipient field (all other views fields are unusable there) and in message body allow only specified tokens.

All this config options should be in the view field hander to allow different configuration in different views.

This would be a great option, as we are getting script errors with some IE 10 clients saying the page is taking too long to load (This is due to the size of the view, and the number of tokens being rendered.

Ideally an option to hide all tokens would be great, as users often just have one choice which is saved for next time.

No, I don't think so. From my point of view the issue is that a very strictly limited set of tokens should be available to end users for security, simplicity and performance. Token tweaks only addresses the last of these.
