Auto adding x-scroll for #content if the page contents does not fit page width (possible on the small resolutions). Applying this to body
or page
has no effect, so current solution is better then nothing.

It's because it's a table, and tables are very hard to get right in responsive designs. Did you try collapsing the left column to free some space ?
We've planned to make the theme fully mobile compatible (admin parts included) by the end of April (with Opigno 1.8). Once the theme is 100% responsive, this issue will be fixed as well.
