Removal of the Read More Link

Would love to see in the settings to remove the Read More Link. Yes, I have Googled it as I remove it in the CSS, but would be cool to see it in the settings. Probably the Leave a comment too on the front page settings just under this read more link removal. And yes, I have full content in the teaser settings and the Read more link is still visible. Thx for this AWESOME theme for people that are not as savvy w/ coding. The support in Drupal really sucks but the CMS is really awesome. Just need a lot of patience or money to find a D coder.
