Joomla 1.5 to Drupal 7

I have two websites
Site (English)
Site (Urdu)
I know some html, css, Joomla management and some programing knowledge but not php.
Now I want to migrate Drupal
I use Joomla to Drupal migrate module for conversion
all content items and users almost converted to drupal.
I think this theme close to my joomla template

I want
- such frontend for my drupal website
- Can I manage that 3 sites (2 old and one for bookshop) with single database and drupal installation (How?)
- I want to send newsletters from my website I have 8000 email address, 30 groups for that email addresses.
- 2500 articles , audios, videos, presentations, pdf, docs
- I want to sell articles, ebooks and books
- User can find related articles, author's (more articles, videos, audios, books)
- Author's Profile different from other users
- Periodicals management
- Automatically make links which (some) items, authors already exist at Website
- contacts management
- Forms
which steps that I should follow?
I have time to learn more things and develop better than previous.
