When CCK Content Types with date fields are cloned using Node Clone (http://drupal.org/project/node_clone), extra dates and times are entered (I am not sure where the information comes from).
e.g.
I want to clone a node that has one date associated with it
result
The Clone has 2 dates associated with it: The first is identical to the original node; the second seems random
Node Clone is very useful for copying lots of similar events or creating event templates; if anyone could suggest a solution , maybe both modules could benefit

KarenS CreditAttribution: KarenS commentedI'm not making changes to the 5.1 version. I'm officially recommending you move to the 5.2 version now. If you have problems in that version you can check for existing issues or add new ones. Feature requests are now getting posted to the D6 version to be back-ported to 5.2.
I have no idea if this is still a problem in 5.2, someone will have to test.
