I spent some time working on the issue queue... wondering why it was not maintained... Then I saw in #1698840: Wrong links on node translations overview page that miro_dietiker, the D7 maintainer, now has moved to a new project : http://drupal.org/project/tmgmt

So, this module seems to be abandoned, and it would be nice to update the project page and eventually point to http://drupal.org/project/tmgmt.
