Module name (not machine name) and Menu entry in administration

Proposing two small changes:

Module name: Title -> Title field
Menu entry in the admin page (admin/config/content/title): Title settings -> Title field

We are already assuming that the menu is about settings ;)

Also, how about a quick description in the admin page?

"Title field module can be applied to supporting entity types. Configure here which are by default set to use Title field and how."

PS: i know the module also applies to taxonomy (name_field, description_field), file entity (filename), block (title_field), etc, where the "Title" fieldname is not always the same or means the same thing -- that's a whole new different problem.
