When you visit the registration/% page to view a registration the email being shown is the email of the user that created the registration. In the case where the registration is for other person and they have filled in the anon_mail field, the email address shown should be from the anon_mail field instead of the mail field. Attached is a patch to registration.entity.inc that accounts for this.
