Trying to made feeds site (with Extractor and Node Reference) with Drupal 7

I Have a working feeds site (Drupal 6) on wich:

1) With Extractor, i populate one feed_items field (Mapping: Extracted Term Name->Target
2) With Node Reference i populate a second feed_items field (Mapping: Extracted Term Name->Target2(Node Reference)

All works fine

Problem is that i really can't understand how could have the same result with D7.

Can someone help me on how can i made this?
