Not sure this is related to https://drupal.org/node/2108315 so I'll post it here. This patch is a work in progress but it does hide/show the proper domain paths based on the checked/selected domains. I do remove the input value of the domain when it's hidden and this may be something that turns out to make people a bit angry if they mis-check or mis-select the wrong domain. I was thinking of at least maybe trying to store the default values and pass them to domain_path.js but not sure. I do think that if a domain path gets hidden it should not still contain a value. I would make the assumption as a user that if I unchecked a domain and the path did not show that it wouldn't be stored in the DB. LIke I said, needs some work but I'm using now and it works great.
