I have a rule that sends an email when a new content is saved. When I have an actual email (example@domain.com) D7 sends the email fine. But, when I replace the recipient with a replacement pattern, it doesn't send the email. The replacement pattern is an email field from a node. The replacement pattern will eventually represent multiple email addresses. Any help would be appreciated.

I could really use some help
I could really use some help on this one, please anyone.
Use Data Selector, not Replacement Pattern
Try the button "Switch to Data Selectors" below the Replacement Patterns. Then select the email field from the data selector list. This will format the outgoing email address correctly.
