Errors in first installation

Hi
when try to make your community private send request by this url :
http://localhost/totem//totem/community/pmp?private_active=1 and get 404 error "Sorry, we couldn't find that page."

note that this make url not correct " totem//totem"
every time try to enter the community that I made I get this error

I cant add media file it not works , I can fulfill all fields but not save it in both case regular case or Select a collection
